We Love Kingwood Mahjong is a community page for American Mahjong players in and around Kingwood, Texas. It brings together open play, recurring games, and events hosted by players and groups across the area, all in one place, so you can find a table whenever you want one. All levels are welcome, from beginners to tournament players. Most events play the current NMJL card. Some events are run by us, others by hosts in the community; every listing tells you who's hosting and what to expect. Ask to join and we'll get you connected.

How we play
Most events here play National Mah Jongg League rules, so bring a current NMJL card. If an event uses different rules or a particular card year, the listing will say so. If you don't have a card yet, ask and we'll help you get one. When a restaurant or business hosts an event, order something and tip well. They're giving up tables for the afternoon, and we want every host to be glad they said yes. Be welcoming to whoever sits down at your table. Some of them will be strangers, and that's the point. Help newer players with the card, keep the pace friendly, and treat every event like you'd want yours treated. If you'd like to host an event or have one added to this page, reach out to us. That's what We Love Kingwood Mahjong is for.
